💡 The Lie We Tell Ourselves:

and Why Everyone is Creative

"I'm just not a creative person."

If you’ve ever said this, you’re in good company. Most people reserve the label "creative" for artists, musicians, or designers…people who work with paint, clay or drafting tables. But that belief is the biggest lie people tell themselves about their own potential.

The truth is, there is no such thing as a non-creative person.

You Are a Created to create

Creativity is simply the ability to generate new ideas and forge unique connections between existing concepts. And you do this every single day, with every single breath.

Did you figure out the fastest route to the grocery store this morning, navigating rush hour traffic? That was creative problem-solving.

Did you write an email that perfectly captured a complex idea, or did you manage to comfort a friend with just the right words? That was creative expression.

Did you look in your pantry and invent a meal from ingredients that weren't intended to go together? That was creative synthesis.

Everything we do, everything we say, and every decision we make is created by you and drawing on your past experiences putting them in new context. Created by you.

The real truth? ….its in the Power of Awareness

When you acknowledge that every thought your produce, and every choice you make is an act of creation that is unique to you, then you will begin to notice it.
