247 Design is a Collaborative between Liz Ditzler & Boyan Guran who started sharing creative visions over 15 years ago while at JKL Design Group, where their clubhouse and amenity journey kicked off with projects such as Modera Station, Luxury Doral, several Legacy clubhouses with GCI, new-construction condominiums in Sarasota like One88 and The Q, numerous renovations of condominium lobbies and common spaces including The Phoenix, Promenade LBK, Tessera, and more.

Together, they also designed hospitality venues like Bricks BBQ and Gecko’s, along with select residences around Sarasota and the West Coast of Florida.

They continue this legacy by merging their businesses and shared passion at 247 Design, currently creating modern, boutique-style spaces across Florida, North Carolina, Georgia, and abroad.
