Apartment Amenities that feel like a resort hotel is the theme for this north Miami apartment community and draws inspiration from sand & sea.

The concept thread starts with a 20' boat-shaped stone concierge desk. Above it, in the double-height space, is a faux clerestory of a back-lit “blu” sky window system with wood shutters and overlooks the lobby and pool.

In the center of the lobby, cascading pendant lights drop into an 8' bronze lotus sculpture. The lobby also features an art installation “blu” glass art pieces interacting with a two story Miami coast backdrop.

A back-lit wall of shelving at the coffee bar showcases collection of 40 antique Tibetan teapots.. all of this sitting poolside through a dramatic double-height glass storefront.

Other features include interior and exterior Courtyards for Co-Work space that have quiet zoom rooms, variety of desks and seating for user preference, and offers work space outdoors.

In the Game Room, named the Blu Agave Bar, speaks to the demographic, gives the global resort vibe, and also features a collection of decorative novelty tequila bottles. The gaming area also is designed with a large media room for watching the big screen and playoffs, a bowling alley, and of course the golf simulator...always a fan favorite.

The gym entry greets you with a towel drop hidden in a wall that continues into the double height space. “Blu” mirrored glass panels with retro neon signage note locations for TRX, Cardio, & Weights, serve as art and wayfinding. The Fitness center also offers a towel bar, juice bar, tonal machines, yoga room, and fitness on demand

The rooftop sky lounge is 2 stories of luxury lounge seating with a linear burner & lanterns, a bar, a buffet, and offers panoramic views of Miami sunrises and sunsets.
