The Dry Dock Grill has been a beloved staple on Longboat Key for decades, with a loyal clientele that spans generations. From the start, our goal was never to reinvent it, but to honor what made it special — preserving its character while layering in a sense of modern coastal sophistication.

Working closely with owner Mike, who was incredibly hands-on and passionate about every detail, we collaborated from design through construction management to bring this vision to life. Together, we crafted a beach-focused, timeless design that feels both fresh and familiar — a true reflection of Dry Dock’s enduring charm and class.
